health-bots privacy policy

Last updated: 4 November 2026

Who this covers

health-bots is a private application used by one person, its owner. It accesses no one else's data.

Data accessed

With the owner's consent, health-bots has read-only access to these Google Health API categories: activity and fitness, health metrics and measurements, and sleep. It cannot change or delete data in Google Health.

How data is used

The data is used only to produce the owner's own health summaries, progress tracking and reminders.

Storage

Access tokens and daily health metrics are stored on the owner's private server, with access restricted.

Sharing

The data is not sold, used for advertising or shared with other people. Summaries and reminders are delivered to the owner through Telegram, so that content passes through Telegram's service.

Removing access

The owner can revoke access at any time from their Google Account permissions page, and can delete the stored data from the server.
